SF Opera Preview at Holy Names: The Barber of Seville

At Holy Names University in the beautiful Oakland Hills, San Francisco Opera will offer a free preview of their fall production of Rossini's The Barber of Seville.

Dr. Kip Cranna—Dramaturg at SF Opera—will share his insights on this masterpiece of comic opera. Special guests from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music will perform and comment on musical excerpts. The 75-minute lecture & music program will be followed by a reception at which you can meet the performers and speakers.
